The design process begins with our very own design team. They scour the market to identify unique trends and cutting-edge designs and then reimagine them to take on an identity of their own. We’re firm believers in innovation, and all of our bathroom products are entirely unique.
Understanding Requirements
Seawin is proud to own one of the most modern and advanced glass shower door production lines in the industry. Seawin is able to manufacture shower doors using aluminum, stainless steel, and brass hardware materials. Our plating vendors can produce various hardware finishes per clients requirements. One of Seawin's line of businesses is to provide OEM and ODM services to other shower door brands and factories which are looking to outsource their shower door manufacturing. When it comes to working with clients, we take their vision and turn their product drawings into something real and tangible. Our dedicated product designers and engineers enjoy brainstorming with our clients, coming up with new ideas or redesign existing products to see what’s truly possible. From there, we refine the drawings, produce 3D models and make renderings for better product understanding and visual presentation. List of parts is created and estimated product and tooling cost is set.
Product Development
This is an exciting stage for our team and our clients, because it’s precisely where a 2D drawing becomes a 3D object. Once the 3D models are reviewed, we begin creating multiple molds required for the new product. Then we start producing the first test sample.
Product Testing
No product can hold it's own before it has been tested – and at Seawin, our product testing process is extensive and comprehensive. Once we’ve built a functioning prototype, we put it through rigorous internal and external testing, before sending it back to our engineering team for further refinement. Our testing consists of a Two-Hundred-Thousand-time cycle testing, mimicking above lifetime use of our products, in order to ensure durability for our customers. Next series of testing includes a mimic of poor installation conditions such as unleveled walls and floors. We then mimic harsh use and conditions to inspect the durability of the product, once again. All doors are thoroughly inspected for functionality, structural integrity, and safety.
Supply Chain Management
As your full service team, we don’t simply design and manufacture. We engage in large-scale production and distribution. Once we’ve cleared your product, we perfect it and prepare it for production logistics and distribution. Every step of the way, our experienced team works to anticipate problems and challenges before they occur and plan accordingly.
