Manufacturing #001 - Nationwide Manufacturer

The Problem:

A client had come to Seawin, who was unhappy with their current shower door manufacturer of bypass sliding shower doors. Their complaints included scratched hardware, sagging glass doors, and a multitude of quality control issues.

The Solution:

We took on this client’s issues and brought solutions to the table for all his concerns. We started by upgrading the headrail on the bypass sliding shower door so that the glass would not sag. But we did not stop there. We took the client’s door to the next level by adding our soft-close technology to the door. We also introduced the client to our safe-packaging methods, where we individually wrap and secure each and every part with silk foam and provide extra space for each part within the packaging. This is done to ensure product safety on all levels.
