The Problem:

A client came to us with a dilemma. They had finalized their mock-ups before placing their order. Basically, the client had a door design in mind, but needed a supplier that could match the design perfectly. What was the design? A massive glass pivot door that reached a 96” ceiling.

The Solution:

Seawin is ready and prepared to take on any challenge. We started by designing a new style of shower door hardware that would be capable of supporting this large glass shower door. This resulted in the introduction of our XTRA shower door hardware. However, the door was still too heavy to meet the client's design. To counter this, we were able to replace the framing of the glass with aluminum framing, a much lighter option. By adding these two features to the glass shower door, we were able to reduce the weight of the door enough to ensure its safety.
